merchandise booth (regains)
So what is this?
The Concession Stand located in the eastern hallway also sells show merchandise! This is a place where characters can obtain items, both strange and familiar! ICly, characters will wake up to find coins deposited on their vanity from time to time. These can be traded here for a randomly selected item.
What are these coins?
ICly, they’re just unmarked coins of no recognizable origin. OOCly, coins are awarded for every five comments from your character in a thread. Multiple increments in one thread for multiple coins ARE allowed up to five, or 25 comments!
Any threads between player characters that do not take place during investigations, trials and motive announcements are eligible for a coin. Threads with mod NPCs such as the showrunner are eligible for coins as well, but the one catch to this is that private conversations and letters do not count – the thread must take place in public
Why should I buy your weird merch?
What, besides cool new stuff? Well, okay.
This is where you have the chance to get those five regains you put down in your app. It's all up to the RNG, of course, and you may even end up getting someone else's belongings instead. You’ve got a 10% chance of getting a regain, yours or someone else’s, with every coin submitted, so keep those threads a-comin’!
Renewable items?
One out of your five items can be renewable – that is, they have the potential to come out of the booth more than one time. They can be consumable things like food, candy, liquor or cigarettes; they can also be things like yarn, socks, whatever you like!
Do coins expire? Do my coins have to be from this week?
Eligible threads don't expire! For example, you can still submit week 1 and intro log threads after week 1 ends.
My threadmate turned in our thread already. Do I have to turn it in too to get a coin?
Yep!
The character I was threading with died. Can I still get paid for interacting with them?
WHY NOT. Dead characters can no longer redeem coins, but you living do whatever you want.
I have a thread with an NPC. Can I submit that too?
Yes! As long as it's in a public post (ex. a weekly log or afterparty) those are acceptable.
What’s this I hear about song rewards?
Excellent question! Threads which include a song can be redeemed for one additional free coin! Only song participants get this bonus, so if your character didn’t sing, the thread will be worth the normal amount of coins. On the other hand, all song participants get a bonus, so a duet will result in extra coins for both performers!
When you have a thread long enough to be redeemed, comment below with a link to the thread. Please include the number of comments and, if possible, number of total coins from your character in each thread you submit. The mods will respond with sweet loot accordingly.

2. A Suitcase: Finally, a way to succeed in business! But do you want to try? Includes a framed photograph of a dark-haired young man in a suit.
3. Golden Slippers: The slippers as pure as gold. They're small, but someone here may be able to fit in them.
4. Maglite: A pen-sized flashlight. For some reason, the light inside is blue.
5. Sparkling Cider: Contains no alcohol, but a lot of bubbles.
6. Chocolate Strawberry Oasis Pie: A silky, bittersweet chocolate pie topped with fresh strawberries. It tastes heavenly.
7. Bandage Wrap: A cloth bandage wrap used to treat wounds. It's bright white, so you can see it even from the back of the house.
8. Roses: A bouquet of red roses for a job well-done.
9. Don Juan Triumphant: The book and music to a show called "Don Juan Triumphant".
10. Grizabella the Glamour Cat: A bedraggled and worn gray cat plushie. The tag around her neck reads "Grizabella".
11. Broomstick: A broomstick. It's worn in multiple places along the handle.
12. Stagehand Clothes: A set of entirely black clothing, including extremely quiet black sneakers. Meant to help you move silently and unseen in the dark.
13. Bottled Water: Any good show sells concessions, and bottled water is a must! It doesn't say which mountain spring it was bottled from, though.
14. The Lizard and I: A small green lizard. Yes, it's alive.
15. Carmine Heifer: IT GIVES YOU ENERGGGGGGY!!!
16. Oklahoma Snowglobe: A souvenier snowglobe from the great state of Oklahoma. When you shake it, a tiny voice inside goes "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO - "
17. Hairspray: A tall can of hairspray. It can lock that style in for an entire performance!
18. Teddy Bear: A giant teddy bear, such as one might win at a carnival. It has an odd sharp smell to it, sort of like...gunpowder?
19. Maglite: A pen-sized flashlight. For some reason, the light inside is blue.
20. Red Wine: A refined red wine for a quiet evening in your dressing room. The label says "Chateau Leroux". It has notes of cherries and pine.
21. Cravat: A fancy cravat.
